Why am I unable to modify my order? So aggravating, there are some things that I no longer need and I can’t remove them.

I wish I knew when I updated I was getting a new interface. Would have hung on for dear life to old one. Terrible design. Went from black to white, come on. Images are huge within screen. Just why. I’ll still use it but ughhh

I really like the app , the only thing is I wish I knew what is in stock and what is sold out before the next day before pick up time!! That way I can choose something else just in case it’s not substituted or I don’t want substitute.

Love the pickup service. They do a fantastic job. The car delivery people are great , friendly andCourteous. I have only in store shopped a few times in the last year. I will continue to use their serious.

It’s a nice app except that once you tap on a product for a description there is no back arrow to get back to your category; you have to go to the menu & basically start over.

I live two seconds away from my Kroger, and I’ve tried for DAYS to arrange a pick-up order. I get a reply saying that there is no Kroger store near me. I’ve tried my zip code and the zip code of the store (although I could walk there, I have a different zip code). I don’t understand. I ended up choosing delivery, but I’m disappointed!

When I was trying to switch my cart to delivery from pickup (to take advantage of a $10 coupon) the app gave me an error when adding a new address. I had to switch back to pick up and missed out on the coupon. Also why do I need a unique nickname to submit a review? That’s a terrible experience.

It took 8 attempts and a phone call to customer service to add a credit card to complete a purchase! It took 41 minutes!!!

Still asking people to make reviews. That alone deserves a one star. However I keep getting items I didn’t order, I keep missing items I did order with no advance notice, the app is buggy, the app tells me I can add to my delivery order until the picker starts licking groceries but there is no way to do so. Just very bad UI implementation. Heck, I can’t even read what I just pasted here because of white text on a white background!
