No way to shop delivery using your Kroger shopper card?

How does this app not support its own business model? Kroger offers delivery from their OWN stores, through their OWN app, yet there is no way to utilize your Kroger shopper’s card for discounts and fuel points when using the app. It’s like you actively don’t want people to use this service.

This is very convenient, especially now with the pandemic. My only criticism is that it seems than rather adding to the existing order, it creates a new order.

Like the title says. Kroger’s development team has done an extraordinary job with this app. The look and feel of the interface as well as the shopping experience are second to none. Keep it up.

Living in a place with no Kroger stores, but now so happy to have a Kroger delivery warehouse by! This app is easy to use, delivery is always quick and prices are so much lower than if I were to go shopping at the grocery store - and I can shop during my lunch break and have it delivered that night in time to make dinner. Love love love!
No scan, bag & go anymore. Disappointing.

I am so sad to see you discontinued your scan, bag and go option. I’ve used it for years. It has been so convenient and lowered my anxiety. I normally got stressed when cashiers bagged my groceries, threw my produce, bruised my fruit and smashed my bread. The app let me handle my purchases delicately. I’m off to another store now that has added scan and shop. Please let me know if you bring it back, then I might come back too.
