It’s clumsy, but overall the app/site works pretty well. However, it would be nice if it were clearer on how to add/remove items from my available items. It seems odd that I can’t modify an order I entered 10 minutes ago and that is not due for pick-up until the end of the following day. Eliminate pages (1,2,3…) & allow users to see all their items on one large page. Or at least add the page option at the top of the page as well as the bottom. When I receive a text alert to “Let us know when you’re on your way,” I receive a link in that text. It would make sense if, when I tap that link, there were actually a place to “let you know I’m on my way!” The people who bring out my orders are always very professional and nice. Which earned the 3rd star of my review.

I wish previously purchased or frequently purchased items were stored and easy to add to cart. 50% of the items I purchase are the same week to week.

Best thing we ever started doing!! So nice not to have to go to the store and deal with the craziness at groceries stores!!! Never been disappointed!!

The app itself is not bad, however; if you want to go to your pharmacy information…you must log in a second time. That is a pain. The pharmacy app is not an easy app to add family members to. How about getting some end user input for the next version? If you want folks to use it…make it easy to use.
No way to add items to cart from list and no iOS shortcut support

You can add cart to list but not list to cart?? When I go through the weekly ad there’s no way to quickly add those items to the cart. Also, could you add iOS shortcut support for maybe accessing Kroger card? Or get an items details quickly?
