I love that we can now order our groceries on the app and have them delivered! The process works really well.

Spoke to store manager Andy, all items ordered at 5pm 2/4 were not available when picked up today for 10am, store indicated items out of stock at time of pickup. I re-entered the entire 2/4 order for purchase and pickup 2/6 and all items show available, we subtracted the items received in the 2/4 order, let’s see what happens tomorrow at 11am pickup. This has been a habitual problem only receiving $15-20 above $35 required for pickup, hope you can find this information helpful in finding a way to fulfill your orders. It appears to IT folks that your inventory tracking systems needs attention or else it a staff problem.

We are so excited to be able to have a little bit of Kroger down here in FL. It is not like shopping the store, but we have favorite Kroger items that we can’t get anywhere else down here. Plus the prices are better than Publix. Very excited for Kroger delivery. I am bummed that I couldn’t use my paper Kroger coupons through the app. You’d think there would be a way to scan the coupon bar code and apply it to your delivery order. That is why I’m giving 4 and not 5 stars. This is my first delivery order here in Florida so I’m curious to see how it all shows up.

My only complaint so far is that I paid for the delivery service but when I place an order it still shows that I’ll be charged 9.95 for delivery! I’m hoping that once I get my final bill it will be corrected.
