Can’t modify order

I’ve had difficulties for weeks trying to modify orders. More specifically, the app won’t allow me to remove items that I no longer want prior to finalizing things. Also, the subcontracting to Instacart shoppers is a joke- they never seem to be able up find things in stock the way typical Kroger employees can. I really regret paying for KROGER Boost!

Every time I click on something the app freezes, signed out, back in. Same deal, reinstalled same deal help can’t make my list

Confusing at times and glitches. I can’t get coupons to unclip and problems navigating ad items.

I shopped soly at Krogers until I moved in November, sadly there is not one where I live now. I still use the shipping option and wish more products were available for shipping. Great store; I wish one were local.

Can’t get Krogers email to go directly to the App when I get click on digital coupons. It goes to the internet. At the top it ask if I want to open in the App & when I click yes it goes to the App but goes back to the Internet. Kind of frustrating.
