I love this game but for the past two days, this app has not been working. I miss playing this game. Please fix it! Update: I updated this game but it is not loading. Fix this! 12/11: I updated the app but now it is not loading.

I have been playing this game over a year and got so far and spent a lot of money and all of a sudden I’m on the second level. This is not fair please assist in restoring my account

One a timed level, customers are not replaced once a previous customer leaves. Doesn’t matter how fast you deliver the meal, the timed levels seems to be stuck on a player only seeing a certain amount of customers. You can’t win. This happened after the new update. You’ll only win by buying bucks to continue adding 3 customers.

Spent 10 years playing and spending tons of money .. now because of my advanced world (I guess) I have to spend minimum of 450,000 Coins just to MANDATORILY obtain TWO appliance upgrades at the start of every new world.. after already spending a fortune to beat the last one!! Your game went from greedy and impossible to ridiculous and DESPERATE You have sucked me dry and I’m a millionaire! Check yourselves.. because if you lose me ..you are for sure doomed.. too many other games out there .. sad

So many glitches

I’ve played this game off and on for years. Most recently, I’m noticing a ton of glitches in the game though that are making it frustrating and nearly unplayable. I’m updated to the most recent version of the app and my phone’s software. However, there are times I’ll tap a customer to serve their order, but the main menu (pause screen) will pop up. Sometimes it will correct itself after 2-3 attempts, sometimes it won’t and I’ll lose the customer because I simply can’t tap on them even though they’re clearly there. I’ve also noticed issues where I’ll have customers show up after the time has run out or the limit has been reached. Sometimes the game will allow me to serve these customers, sometimes it won’t. There are also times where the level will end on its own even though I still have 3+ customers left to serve who all have 3+ stars remaining and I’m actively working on their dishes. Most recently, I was close to achieving 3 stars for a level, and the level ended itself when I still had 3 customers remaining. Their dishes were almost completed and I think I was close enough to the goal that their dishes would have allowed me to get 3 stars. These glitches don’t happen every time I play, but I would say I’m noticing them more often now. Maybe 1 out of every 3 levels.

All of my progress has been reset back to level 2. Been playing this game for 4 years. I’m getting tired of this games constant bug issues. It’s no longer enjoyable.

I use to love this game and now it has become too expensive. The required appliances are $400000 and it takes forever to get enough. Don’t bother wasting time on this.

Too many glitches

I hate to have to give the game a 1 star. I really like the game, but there are too many glitches. The game consistently freezes up right in the middle of playing where you can’t move or serve food. It gets really frustrating in the middle of playing, then I have to close out the game, wait a few seconds and reopen and hopefully it will play. This happens throughout the entire game. Also, on certain levels where you can’t lose a customer if you don’t get 3 stars and go back to try and obtain the 3 stars, the game will close out if you lose a customer even if you were close to getting the 3 stars. So you don’t get a chance to complete the level.

Can’t play but uses your lives/groceries

I keep trying to play levels but they won’t load! It uses my groceries/lives and I’m still not able to play! It’s updated but won’t let me play!
