Disappointing but fun

I have played this game many times and I finally reached a high level.. I bought premium ingredients and utensils.. recently an upgrade was available in October.. and I upgraded however the screen became stuck on this Halloween scene.. and I was unable to proceed. I finally deleted the app and reinstalled the game but lost everything.., I have sent a ticket to the developer in hopes they will restore my previous levels.. I really love this game but it crashes.. I just want my levels restored..

Despite updating my phone and being able to play in the morning today. Now It is not loading again. It is really frustrating as I really enjoyed the game a lot.

Pepper does not move to the next level anymore with one star. Is this new or is there a problem? I ended up using my money to skip a level even though I had a one star.

I’m playing this game for years! I’m loving it, The problem is the technical issues it’s logging out, doesn’t Load even after I am re download it. Unfortunately that we cannot play

Ok here is my review first of all, thank you for reading this and second let’s just get into it. I used to love this game it was really fun to play but it always has me get updates that take up more storage and also don’t change the game at all. Like what is even the point. Also this game literally does not load, now matter how many bars of cellular or WiFi that I have. It starts playing the music like the game is starting but stays in the loading screen and I wait for it but it never loads. Another reason why I think that getting the updates are stupid because you can’t even play the game. And I’ve almost accidentally spent money, because there are so many things that pop up asking you to spend money on rejoining a round! For $20 you can rejoin a round when really you can just start the round over and try again. Some of my friends that have this app have accidentally spent money for a “free” rejoin. This app is supposed to be free anyway but they try to make money off of it for stupid things. Anyways that’s all i have to say about this app, I hope that you can avoid these things if you can.

It keeps freezing and only stuck at level 62. I had to redownload which made me start alllllll the way from the beginning

Day 7 cash rewards don’t apply once you’re supposed to get them. The game makes it impossible to go further or get the rewards without spending to get them. Will delete. Again.
