Crashes all the time

I liked the game but now it crashes all the time, often right after I hit play so I lose tokens and ingredients. It also starts levels with all customers already waiting and angry so I immediately fail.

The supplies take to long to load and i was pretty far in the game and now its saying im not connected to the internet which isnot true and idk how to fix it .
