For the past week whenever I make a purchase of cash while playing on my iPad , the money is deducted from my Apple account, but my cash is not reflected in the game. So I try the transaction again, and be once more the money is deducted but my cash purchase is not received .

I’ve played this game for a long time now and used to love it, but now it’s getting ridiculous! They must be desperate to make money because it’s impossible to pass a level now without buying & spending cash. I had to pay 30 cash a few times to keep going on a level just so I can pass with one star. THAT’S RIDICULOUS! I might as well pay 25 cash to skip every level but that would make it pointless to even play the game at all. Save your money people and move on to better games that don’t rob you of your money!

I just love this game, playing almost 5 years yes I struggled sometimes but still perfect game for me. When I stuck somewhere just played so long till I have almost 4 mil $ :) I tried new game but old one is my favourite :)

Can’t connect to internet

One of my favorite games until last night. Reinstalled 5 times. Keeps saying can’t connect to internet yet every other apps are ok. Not happy I can’t play. The last week I go to play game and it’s loads but as soon as I get my daily check in the next screen get dark and can’t click on anything. I play on my iPhone 10

Hi I’ve been playing for a long time. I’ve been trying to watch the videos for new rewards and I can’t seem to get any rewards. Can someone please fix this so we can collect our rewards in the game? Thank you Sharon Any new news regarding this?

I have been playin this game for years and I love it my issue is I pay for grocers only for the game to keep freezing or crashing it takes forever to reload how dare y’all not work on the issue with the app freezing

Has A LOT to Live Up To

There is a lot about this game that I like better than the previous version, but I’ll just detail the things I feel have been misrepresented, or not said enough. 1. I know some have commented that they don’t like each level having 3 rounds in it, but for those who are worried: you don’t HAVE to play all 3 rounds in each level. Essentially, you need to collect keys to unlock future worlds; sometimes the key is in round 1, sometimes it’s in round 2, and other times it’s in round 3. You really just need the key. I just saved any un-played rounds for later when I was bored (while we wait foreverrrrrr for new worlds). 2. The people complaining about having to watch ads to upgrade appliances & ingredients really crack me up. Firstly, the upgrades are not that expensive. Secondly, the ads are short & optional. 15-30 seconds each to DOUBLE YOUR CASH. I have so much cash built up right now that I’ll probably make it through 2 or 3 more worlds without having to watch a single video. It is not some devious plot to get you to spend real money; it’s a shockingly rare option so that you DON’T have to spend real money. But if it will make your entitled selves stop complaining, please by all means, spend your real money. If you’ve played the first game, then you know how impossible it was to get cash, and how necessary that cash was to upgrade appliances so you could beat the later levels in the game. You don’t have the luxury of just easily watching some ads in that one. I’ve thrown quite a bit of my real money at that game. (Sorry to the devs; that was back when Disney still owned it LOL.) 3. Please, for the love of all things holy, let us replay levels!! This takes SO MUCH fun and value out of the game. I still replay worlds and levels from the first game all the time, just for fun. 4. Lastly, whenever you update this thing with more worlds/levels, it sure as sh** better be more than one dang world. You don’t release such a stellar sequel with ONLY 3 WORLDS, then make people wait FOUR MONTHS & COUNTING for more. That has been cruel enough. I’m gonna be so salty if we don’t get at least 3 more worlds LOL. AT LEAST three.
