I am on the current update but I can’t play the game As soon as I begin to play a level it close on me completely. Please fix this.

Update 12/8/2021: I play the game on 2 devices and after I updated the game today, the game will not load on either device. The game is fun but the updates almost always cause issues. There really needs to be better quality control on the updates. Update 7/5/2021: With this update the graphics became incredibly grainy and some of the movements became glitchy, though the cook (Pepper), does seem to move a bit quicker. I had assumed that how slow the cook moved was just part of the game play, but that was either unintentional or something that they did to try to improve with the game play. My biggest complaint about the update is to ability to watch ads for premium ingredients and other game items. While the number of ads you could watch was sometimes fairly limited, you were still able to watch enough to really help with game play. A TWO HOUR timer has now been instated between ads. This is especially frustrating since many levels require playing them multiple times with multiple premium ingredients and/or boosters to even get one star on them. As someone who regularly spends $20-40/ month on this game because I enjoy playing it that much, this latest update will make progressing through the higher levels very slow if not impossible even with purchases. The developers seriously need to work on this one or I need to find a new game.

Did my update this morning, I play every day to get my daily bonus, but after the update it won’t load, it freezes at the beginning and the lading bar doesn’t go past half way, please fix it

Game has been find until today (12/8) and now is stuck on loading screen. Just want to make sure I get daily reward for logon.

UPDATE: (12/10/21) After developers fixed the issue, the game is loading and working great! Thank you! Totally addicted to this game until I woke up today & the face of the app was a Christmas theme & there was a “bug fix” update. Unfortunately, I can no longer open the game now, it gets stuck halfway thru loading. I’ve deleted it, download it again, turned off phone, etc. NOTHING has worked. Guess I’m moving on to a different game?

So when is this going to be fixed? About a month ago I couldn’t see my friends and about 2 weeks ago I can’t send or receive gifts! And now I complete a level it won’t let me go to the next level. When are you going to fix these issues?
