Please please since we’re home in quarantine please create a new side game like you have for the holidays. Thank you so much in advance.

I love this game! I’ve been playing for a few years already but I feel like we are forced to buy certain items otherwise we won’t be able to pass to the next level . Sometimes we have to get a certain amount of orders of a dish but only 1 customer orders it , but we need 5, so we automatically fail. And sometimes the customers are super impatient . They wait for literally 10 seconds and they leave , so we fail. Please fix it! I love this game more than the new one!

Technical Issues

I love this game but there are days when it simply will not open. The message says “Unable to Connect” and the game simply wont open. There are times when the music will play but won’t change past the title screen. I hope the technical issues are temporary and will be fixed soon.

Fun but too many glitches

Very fun game to play but today it keeps telling me that I have no internet connection which is false because everything else on my phone connects with no problem. This is why I refuse to pay money for anything on this game. There are way too many glitches. Sometimes supplies and other items go missing without any explanation, but you want me to purchase items with real money? I think not.

This is my favorite game, i’ve spent countless of hours AND money to get where i am in the game. This morning I woke up and it won’t even let me in the app it keeps saying “no internet connection” which I know is untrue because I am connected to wifi. I don’t want to delete the app and lose all my progress, but I am very sad I can’t get into the app. Please help:(

I love this game but all of a sudden I’m not allowed to play it because of my “internet connection”. my sister tried and it didn’t work either I think it’s just the app. Did this happen to anyone else ?

This is an addictive game but it crashes to often like right now it’s been looking for internet all day and I have a iPhone 10pro and unlimited web so really there is no reason. I have never spent any money I’ve earned it the old fashion way despite the offers. But the way it crashes seems like it’s never going to work that well I’m on board 1005. Will this even remember my level because it’s done this before forgetting my progress. Times like this make me hate this game.
