Not getting messages

I’ve been having problems with not getting messages or messages not sending for a week now. Y’all need to do updates because it’s literally causing problems to where it logs me out also get rid of your trashy bots and ads it’s messing my phone up

I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it so many times to receive my friends messages. It’s happening way too many times.

I’ve had this app since it came out. It is one of my top apps and I use it daily. Lately it seems like too many bugs. I don’t mind the strip window of ads 24/7. It lags so bad now! Now it’s at a point where I get messages but can’t respond. I am extremely disappointed that other people are and have been experiencing similar issues with this app and it’s not been dealt with. Please fix this for all of the kik user fans.
Connection issues

Kik keeps having connection issues! The app has always been laggy for years, but now it’s been saying “connecting” and messages won’t sent so I have to go out of the app and go back in just to fix this. Please sort this out!!

For the past two weeks Kik has been extremely glitchy, crashing, not delivering, not sending messages. Mostly iPhone users. Maybe problem with most recent iOS update? Normally great. Please fix!!

Almost every time I open kik on my phone, there’s an issue with it. The current issue is that I’m getting messages that were sent hours before as notifications, even after i’ve read them (: Oh, not to mention that I can’t see any of my chats, much less send a message

I’ve used this app for awhile now and have never had as many issues with it as I have lately. My messages won’t send a majority of the time - they’ll just stay stuck on S. I’ve also had an issue lately where the app won’t connect at all and will just stay stuck on “connecting.” I’ve restarted my phone, deleted and redownloaded the app and turned my WiFi off (I knew it wasn’t that anyway because everything else works) and none of it has fixed it. I’ve contacted the support team to no avail and it’s becoming very frustrating as this is one of the only ways I have to contact one of my friends.
app lags and freezes

This was a good way to chat in different groups throughout the world. It’s been getting worse with serious lag and freezing throughout all rooms and parts of the world. I don’t know what updates need to happen but it is getting worse every week.
