Very disappointed

Since kik didn’t close down it has been worse than ever. Constantly closes you out, freezes, comments in groups are out of order or won’t send. It’s getting worse and worse. Please do an update to fix these issues and soon.

I wish Kik on Apple had a way to search for people to chat with. I had an android and had Kik it gave me an option to meet new people with a ton of different filters. I hope Kik updates the same for Apple users.
Improve the app

If it’s working it’s super slow. I’ll get a notification of a new message and it takes several minutes for the app to refresh and show the message once I’m in. Ever since the ads it’s gone downhill. Kik should come out with a paid version, or stop accepting the ad money if you’re not going to use it to fix the app.

I like the app but it’s taking a while to connect and I have tried the suggestions that you have on the help part of your site but none of it worked. Also when I send messages and when the person sees the newest one it’s says read but the other ones don’t.
Starting to fall apart

This app was the go too many years ago back in H.S now it’s falling apart and not optimized on iPhone as well. It’s slow and often times is glitching. Seems like it needs a lot of bug fixing but I hope it doesn’t die soon

Can’t send or retrieve messages. Has been working at about 10% for about five days. Many responses here of the same. Need fix... and quick. Is kik now completely unsupported? A week and zero fixes to a major problem? It’s now on S snd absolutely no messages are being sent.

Everyone who tries to contact me gets a “user must update KIK” prompt. According to the settings, I am using the most recent version. Tried deleting and redownliading, still doesn’t work.
