Too many bugs

I paid the subscription for my daughter during 5 months, but the IPad app crashed and froze at least twice every time we used it, very annoying. Good content, but horrible app performance. We canceled the subscription and uninstalled.

I forgot to unsubscribe before the 3 day trial was over so I was stuck paying the full $65/yr subscription. If it had better content I wouldn’t mind but it’s lacking in instruction and overall richness of educational material. Since I paid for it, I’ll make an effort to use it with my 3 year old. I will have to play the games with her and narrate for her to get anything out of it. I was hoping for something she could do herself during quiet time. Also I have a feeling a lot of the 5 star reviews are fake. Just look at the names. Pretty lame.
They force your kid to learn chess

This app for some weird reasons includes Chess as a must in the games and my kid hates it so much and you can’t turn it off. Would have kept my subscription if not for this dumb decision.

I never signed up for a subscription and I’ve been trying to get this off my bill. I’m not paying $129.99 for something I don’t use or my daughter doesn’t use. Please take it off.
This app is frustrating

I dislike this app so much -the music is irritating and it is not fun and interactive for kids. The practice writing games get stuck and the sight word games seem to need an adult to read it all too them. Also, the free trial week did not let me cancel and I ended up paying for this app for 1 month. So since I had it I tried to use it. It is so bad and not engaging I cannot even force myself to have the kids do the exercises.

Don’t use the app!!! It is useless unless you pay money it is horrible. Other apps are better than horrible academy.My kids and I hate it!!!!!

I was frantically looking for an app for my first grader when school closed for corona virus. Little did I know this app is Fantastic for my 5 and 2 year old as well! Money well spent. Thanks Khan Academy!
