So I had this app because of the virus but! When I got a gift and went to level 2 IT CRASHED when I went back in the game ALL MY PROGRESS GOT DELETED my lil sis has an account too on there idk if she has the same problem but I’m very mad ???????????????????????

The app has no sound

I have an iPhone 10xs the sound for the app doesn’t work uninstalled reinstalled still no sound. My son became bored with try to figure out why this is the only app that has no sound. Fix quality issues with app before applying a charge higher than Abc mouse.

I’m like so so good in the science part of the game but the game is still super fun because I got a pass for 3 months free

They tell you it costs money after you sign up and then make it very difficult to cancel

Free Trial does not work

What is the point of a free trial if everything is locked. It’s probably a glitch, but I won’t commit to the subscription unless we get to try it first.

I bought the program for my children and it is well worth every penny! My children love it and it is very informative! There is so much to do on the app and so much to learn. Absolutely amazing customer service also! I Highly recommend this app!
