Customer Support Useless

Frustrated*****

The lesson material provides worthwhile learning. The ability to track completed lessons & time is a nice feature, if it actually worked. Customer support is slow to answer & then points out that you are doing “something” wrong. If the child completes a lesson & it is not recorded in the tracking profile, not sure what the parent can do about this glitch.

Worksheets won’t work

The screen turns blue once we try to open any work sheet. I contacted customer service and they’re not able to help. Really frustrating!

Don’t fall for the lie of a free trial. You are charged immediately. I am currently on the phone with Apple to be refunded. There is no free trial at all. I have already gone into my subscription and have it canceled as well. After reading the other negative reviews, I will absolutely be going with another company. One that is honest and trustworthy, unlike this one in my opinion.
