Glitches are an issue

My son loves this game but there are continual glitches that don’t allow him to play some parts. Would expect that to not happen when you pay for the added levels.

Not working today

It works well until today. When I hit study path it shows Wow Wow. Nothing else.

Why would you not offer a little bit of content for free so we can tap around and see what the app is all about? I understand there’s a free trial (a very short 7 days) but I don’t want to deal with canceling if it doesn’t turn out to be what we imagined. And based on other reviews canceling is indeed a hassle. Perhaps it’s the business model; force users to buy a subscription and make money off those who forget to cancel, in addition to those who use it legitimately.

Looping looping

This is actually a fairly well developed program for preschoolers but the frozen pages are frustrating. Also there does not seem to be a progression. We keep getting looped back to pages already completed. Once a skill is completed it should not repeat
