No sound on iPad but work on iPhone

I have no idea why this happened, app works fine but sound only works on iPhone, not iPad. Could you fix this before my free trial expired?
Frustrating after subscribing also most the games are locked.

After subscribing for quarterly also the same four game and worksheets can be accessed rest all is locked. What is the point of subscribing then.
Keeps asking for Restore purchase

Content is good, however it keeps asking for restore your purchase every week. Using family account, I have to keep trying it again and again..and it doesn’t restore my purchases. I keep spending more time to try this rather than using it.

I purchased a full year subscription for my child; who loved it by the way. After using this app for about a week in a half, it started glitching. Making them redo the same levels over and over again. It also began to freeze to the point of restarting the iPad. I requested help and never received a response. After demanding a full refund, I then received an email with a coupon code that never worked. Due to COVID-19, I decided to try and get some resolve again. But still not getting timely responses and asked to same questions over and over again. This has forced me to purchase other apps when I’ve already paid for this one!! UPDATE 7/30/20 These are the exact games I’m speaking about. You take the time out to respond to my review but not the time to actually send me an email addressing my situation. There is NO email in my spam because there was never an email sent. Just refund my money please. Thank You!!

My daughter enjoys the games on it and willingly does the worksheets. However, it does not seem to be individualized learning as it states... maybe the summer camp part works differently, but all the games are already laid out and don’t change no matter how well she’s doing. I also can’t seem to find where the progress report part is.

I downloaded it for my K-year daughter. She loved the beautiful design at first however was very frustrated with the sudden and random system crash. It happened frequently and every time she had to re-do the quest again. Plus we found the lessons and tests seem too easy for her. I’m not convinced she can really have good learning experience with it compared to some other learning apps she has been using. Finally I decided to not continue subscription on the 3rd day morning after downloading. It is still within the 72 hours of free trial, I got access to my phone on 7:15 am, and found that it was automatically renewed on 7:02am. I contacted the customer service immediately but haven’t got any reply. Very disappointed!

We’ve been using this app for 10 minuets and it keeps saying the right answers are wrong and the wrong answers are right...
Be careful if you don’t plan on keeping this app

According to them you have 3 days to cancel. On the third day I did wanted to cancel but they had already charged my account early in the AM. I was not sent a notification confirming the charge. I am very upset as there is no phone number you can call. You can only send a message. I have already done this twice with no answer. Mind you I am trying to contact them today which will make the third day. Poor customer service. Be warned!
