I use it for 3 days then I deleted but after 7days (the free 7 days) they withdrew 19.99$ it’s supposed not because I deleted befor 4 days from the 7 free days ?

The answers are wrong. Parents, make sure you supervise this.

This app is not worth the cost. I looked over my son’s shoulder while he was doing the second grade phonics today and the majority of the “correct” answers are completely wrong. Which word has the same vowel sound as “long?” Bat, Tub, or Lace? The answer is none of the above. There were at least 3 other answers in the same section that were also wrong. If you’re going to charge an expensive recurring monthly instead of a one-time up front fee, at least put some of the resources into QA to make sure the answers are right. Otherwise you’re wasting my time and money as well as my son’s time by just teaching him gibberish. Canceling this obviously.

My Kindergartener was excited when he started the reading section of the app. the first prompt was to watch a video of Little Red Riding Hood. The story was extremely graphic for a child (wolf eats little girl, wolf eats grandmother, hunter cuts open wolf and pulls out girl and grandmother). By the time I realized that this was too much, my my little guy, he was locked on and refused to turn off the video. I love the intention of this app but canceled because I can’t trust that the content will be age-appropriate.

This app is great for childeren that goes to preschool. This app is a game but iT is a game to learn many things.It is kindergarted!!

Very hard to use on smaller screens

The app is very hard to use on iPhone SE. our child has been endlessly frustrated as he was trying to drag the tiny icons and accidentally bringing up iPhone notification window. Had to delete the app.

Freezes

Do NOT buy this app. I have seen this complaint about freezing for months and you have not resolved it yet. I don’t think my “input” will do anything to correct this. The issue is the same. I have waited 24 hr to try this app again. It still freezes at the same point....the reading section.

If your looking for a great game with nice animations, I would recommend this for preschoolers, kindergarten or even little older. You will not be disappointed.

Thanks for you response, but you have no addressed my problem. I purchase this app 11/5 (and my night mare started because the app keeps crashing , No only that correct answers was wrong answers my child get frustrated etc )I delete that app a couples times and finally enough is enough I delete for good . I contact you developer and seems like that game start . A couples day later I receive a email Question me and ask me for proof to help them to fix this app ( screenshots with the wrong answers, screenshots of the app sticks exactly and which actions I did before the app stuck ? Etc..) are you serious! What part you developers don’t understand went I said I delete that app ( 11/5 same day )are you guys going to charge me for a couple hours ?o I have to charge you for waisted my time ? I already contact my bank and send emails that we exchange ,I need my money back. And stop to play around ! What kind of business are you running?
