Lingering code issues prevent proper functionality

Every few days I have to kill the app and reload it to get the Kēvo to respond. My wife just gave up on it and uses her keys. Frustrating that I changed from a keypad combination lock to this to simplify it and they have yet to fix the issue that they’ve said they were fixing since iOS 11. Starting to realize it’s never going to work right and wish I had just saved my $. I suggest others do the same until they get the code fixed.
