Doesn’t work on iPhone

I have an iPhone and for about the last year the lock won’t recognize my phone and (9 out of 10 times doesn’t work). It used to work flawlessly but the issues from the last year are beyond frustrating. I ensure that all my apps are up to date and that the phone is updated at all times. Still, issues occur on a daily basis

I use it everyday on my office door. I especially like that I can bring up the app and lock the door without having to get up. Will put it on other doors

Nothing but trouble. Only works when you don’t want it to. When your standing there with your hands full it will not unlock. Go outside to the laundry room and it will lock you out. Go with a different brand.

Very temperamental app and lock. Seems to rarely deliver on the promise of how it should work. Most of the time I have to still pull my phone out of my pocket and go into the app even though it’s running in the background. Time saving? Nope.
Very poor reliability.

Was hoping for something that would work all the time, but this works about 30% of the time. Somewhat disappointing. Service was pleasant but not helpful.

Love the lock but I have to always close and reopen my IOS app to loch and unlock

I’m going to clear all the data and start over, hopefully it will work like it used to.
