App doesn’t work

Very unreliable. I would never leave my key as it is sure guarantee that I would be locked out of my house. NEST system is so much better.
Terrible, terrible, terrible

If I hadn’t spent so much on it, and hadn’t taken so long to see how terrible and I fixable it is so I couldn’t return it - I’d have TRASHED it. Lock runs through batteries like crazy - and I’m GONE not using it 4-6 mo of the year. Half the time the app won’t connect until you take your phone OUT of you pocket and go to the app to open WITH the app - rendering the touch bezel useless. If you want to be able to lock/unlock remotely, you have to spend $100 MORE on a WiFi hub. Ended up leaving a friend a key because I would NEVER rely on the app to work properly. DO NOT BUY!

I have tried and tried and and can't get it to connect. Every other app setup really easy.

We were locked out of the house once locking worked from app but unlock didn’t beware.

I moved to this years ago to stop using the key fobs. Those had to have a battery with 3.05v or they won’t work. That gave them a short life span. Was buying new batteries every few months. The Kevo app works on both my Android phone and my iPad Pro 4. Seems to work better on my iPad. Both take some playing around. You can’t lock/unlock without finding the sweet spot distance from the lock. To be fair I haven’t done a calibration in a few years. That might fix the problem.

Almost never works on first shot you have to stop get out your phone launch the app make sure the block is selected and then maybe it’ll work
