The battery last less than a month and the whole system really doesn’t work as advertised. This thing works when it wants and seomtimes it doesn’t work at all

Buggy and Still No Google Home Support

I have to force close the app every single time I want to use it with my Kevo Convert. It will just sit there spinning like it is confirming and never gets out of that loop. We were also emailed by Kwikset a year ago promising Google Home support? Where is that?! The new Halo lock has it but seems like they are neglecting existing customers. I’d be less frustrated is you hadn’t promised the feature already, getting me to buy 2 Google Home speakers that STILL don’t work with the lock.

This needs to be fixed so I don’t have to keep it open to lock/unlock. Can’t you have it working in the background if one is logged in. It’s too easy to close the app when closing other apps.

Missing Siri Shortcuts/HomeKit Support

I’d give this 4 stars if I could say “Hey Siri, (un)lock the door” and 5 if it worked w/HomeKit.

It’s cool, but I expected more for $200

You can only open the door remotely if you are close enough for Bluetooth to connect, and even then you have to have the app open on your phone for it to work. Rekeying the lock to use my existing house keys was a plus, but you have to spend an additional $99 to have this lock become WiFi enabled so I can lock and unlock from anywhere.
