My app and lock constantly mess up. I spent basically $200 for a lock and it doesn’t work well at all.
Lock connection inconsistent

Connection is not consistent in connecting fast. Sometimes four or 5 attempts are needed.

I press unlock at the front door and the lock doesn’t budge. I go inside, put the phone right next to the lock, the lock icon spins, and the app eventually corrects itself allowing the app to once again lock and unlock the front door. It shouldn’t be this hard to unlock the door. Given its purpose, this app shouldn’t be so unreliable.

Have taken it out. Never worked and had to replace batteries every 5-7 days. Called repeatedly and never got the problem fixed. This thing is great in theory, but I would not recommend until some improvements are made.

Ugh this app is a pain now!!! I cant even log in since it was updated!! Kicks me out or the whole app just plain crashes. No matter what i do i cant get into my kevo acct and when i do it dont want to work majority of the time

It’s great having Kevo. You don’t have to worry about keys and on several occasions I have let family into our when we weren’t home.
