Outdated app design

The app design is outdated. It seems the company hasn’t taken any time to refresh the UI. There are many alternatives to this lock system. It seems that if you want new features more advanced functions then look elsewhere. I wish the company would partner with Amazon and ring to integrate the locking system with their platforms. When looking at their competition I see a better UI and complete integration with Alexa, Amazon and ring. Tech savvy users will do the research. I didn’t have a choice to use this lock as it came with the company that built my home.
Don’t waste your money

The lock itself is a ripoff. Attempting to unlock my door by touching my lock takes multiple attempts. It’s faster to get into my house using a traditional key. If I pull out the app to unlock my door it take more than 30 seconds to connect. Sometimes it won’t connect and I have to restart the app. I hate this lock. It represents everything wrong with smart home devices. They sell you on a promise of a painless and seamless experience. In reality, it ends up being more of a burden than it’s worth.
One feature missing:

I love this lock even though it can take a few extra seconds compared to a normal key, but the convenience favor of not needing a physical key is “key.” The one missing feature is: APPLE WATCH SUPPORT. Please add unlocking using just an Apple Watch. This would be a huge feature improvement over the current feature set. Thank you!

Y'all need to fix this issue that y'all claim is a Bluetooth connection problem with iOS 12 updates. What are your engineers doing? Did yall think ws were gonna be stuck in outdated software?
