Never works

I have a kevo locks forever some time. When it works it’s great. But most the time I find myself having to open the app and going to the lock before it will open. Even though the app is in the background and in my front pocket or even in my hand, the lock will not open unless I open the app. This process defeats the purpose of Kevo and is more time consuming then just putting a key in to lock. The worst part is I have contacted Kevo several times about this and I have not even gotten one reply. This is why I am giving this 2 stars
What happened to app lock and unlock?!

I have been patiently waiting for the app to get better, but the opposite is happening. The delay to unlock has increased over time. I still haven’t gotten a physical key that comes with it. What happened to app lock and unlock?! I guess I’ll have to get another...brand! You used to be beautiful, what happened?!
I hate this thing

I always have to open the app to get it to unlock. I hate this thing so much. Not efficient and easy to use at all.
Bluetooth not working well

Bluetooth does not connect and there is a 20-30 second delay every time you want to open/close. It happens on every family members phone.

I have the contemporary and we love it. Love the easy to use app, and be able to access from anywhere.
Very cool idea but misses the mark

The app is very slow most of the time and oftentimes I have to restart the whole app.
Low battery
malfunctions constantly
Our door handle has a low battery almost every month. This is our second Baldwin handle bc the first was malfunctioning often.
