All I get is the error “Error: Unable to complete the request at this time”. I just updated the app this morning. However this error started yesterday, pre-update.

I barely got this app. I barely was able to buy stamps. N now the app doesn’t even let me log in. I’ve tried uninstalling the app and it isn’t working!

I have had to use this for a year now. They have a complete monopoly over the way we keep in touch with our loved ones. We pay for a 30 second video, and only receive 29 seconds. I pay for the video visits, and they almost never work, or the last 2 minutes semi work, and the last time I went to video since the update/change with their system, it didn’t work at all. I’ve emailed for a refund, and nobody ever gets back to you. Complete scam!

Jpay is a great way to stay in touch with friends and family incarcerated. The only thing is it is expensive. You could lower the costs a little because one day the ones incarcerated will be back on the streets. They need the support from loved ones while incarcerated.

Expensive, doesn’t work half the time, the one star is because when you call their support team, they are very nice! But when I have called them, they can’t help me.

I like this app it’s very easy to write a letter but sometimes you don’t get the letters I haven’t been talking to my boyfriend for two weeks cause out letters wasn’t gong out or coming in

An account has been blocked for a year to access and give money to PayPal to a commissary account. The response and service has been horrendous nobody seems to know what is going on This company has received my funds via money order but has unable to unblock the account I gave them money to do.J Pay is either a ridiculously miss managed company unable to function as a receiver. Or They are scamming people as they are collecting money without offering services like a company that is going bankrupt

I totally agree with Olygirl81. I send pictures to my love one and get charged for them but love one never gets picture and I never get any kind of notification stating pictures not sent. App just takes the money. $8 to send money is a bit pricey also.

This app is horrible and never works correctly!! I have been unable to send pictures using the app on my iPhone. I have not been able to send my father any pictures of his granddaughter in over a year! I’ve sent numerous requests for help and no one has ever responded. GET THIS ISSUE TAKEN CARE OF!!
