Update 1-17-22. What's going on? I am worried because I cannot contact app support. Messages say failure to send or just spin. They are usually very helpful & prompt. I want to know what happened to the update that kept the peek, edge & lock buttons on the screen at all times? This is still my favorite app. I hope they are still supporting it! A free puzzle of the day is awesome! I upgraded so now I can use any of my photos to make a puzzle. And there are so many different puzzle sets in the puzzle store! Love it! Update: My 82 year old mother is now using the app too. She just works the free puzzle of the day. She loves it too! Update 3 years later: This is still my favorite App, but I DO NOT like all the pop ups that come up now when you finish a puzzle or when you begin a puzzle. I thought with no ads I would not be bothered with all that. Some people may like all these gimmicks but I would like to be able to turn those off!
I did pay for no ads but actually the free puzzles I’ve gotten are totally worth it

My favorite jigsaw app and I have purchased several puzzles but I have not been able to open the app for almost a month now. I sent the developer an email and they said they were aware of it and working on it but that was about three weeks ago and I still can not open the app!
App Won’t Load Anymore

This app won’t load since the latest update about 4 weeks ago. I’ve contacted customer support to no avail. Just got a random message back a week ago stating they’re working on it with no timeline as to when it would be fixed. Today I tried to respond back to the email to get an update, only to find out “the ticket was closed”. Closed? Really? They’ve not fixed the problem. I’ve spent a lot of cash buying puzzles along with a new one I never even got to use and have been a loyal customer for a few years now. Really, come on team Jigsaw, you can do better then this. If not, take the platform down and stop ripping people off. At the very least, fess up you can’t fix it and refund my money. Very sad, this is my favorite platform for playing puzzles.

I needed an app with dark mode so I can do puzzles to wind down in the evening, and I wanted one that lets me use my own images, optionally supports rotation, and has pleasant sound effects. I also wanted a realistic experience with pieces that don't snap to a grid in a fake way, and I wanted pieces that didn't tend to appear to match perfectly when they didn't actually go together... and lots of puzzle pieces, up to 1000... In short, I demanded EVERYTHING BE PERFECT. Didn't think I'd find an app that would meet my needs. So glad to be wrong! :) I can customize everything and make it how I want it. Truly perfect! There are even multiple sets of sound effects. Thank you, I love this. Instant upgrade to premium.

Puzzles are fun and the puzzles has 1000000 puzzles in the game it is fun to play it with a friend your family to the puzzle are fun and love the puzzles.

Bring back the 4pc puzzle or update the objective to remove the 4pc option. Other than that this puzzle app is pretty amazing with providing me some zen in my life. I enjoy the colorful puzzles so much.
Horrible Changes

I have been playing this for as long as I can remember. I myself own over 700 puzzle packs. This last year the changes have been absolutely TERRIBLE!! You can no longer buy all packs with coins unless the game developers decide it’s a pack people aren’t buying anyway. They have also tripled the amount of coins it does cost and raised the price for purchasing coins (why would I buy coins when it’s cheaper to pay cash? Duh!!). At any given time they change the rules—-very very disappointing to a long time user. Now the game can’t even support itself — as you are playing it freezes then kicks you out. I had to reopen the app 27 times to finish a 100 piece daily puzzle today. That is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. The IT department has really dropped the ball!! Please don’t advise me to buy the PRO version I already have that too! I just saw your response to this and it is ridiculous. That was your response to me 2 years ago when I gave you a good rating when the game was fun!! 1/19/22 - I am still waiting to use coins to purchase puzzle packs. I have over 300,000 coins and over 800 puzzle packs and still not one to buy with coins. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE given the amount of time your valued customers have been asking you to do something about the horrible changes to the app. You can’t use the excuse everyone else used that it’s due to COVID because it’s all done online. Shape up Jigsaw you are going to loose your loyal customers.
