The app still will not load or open on my iPad. This was my favorite jigsaw app! I played it every day. Now it will not open past the initial screen. I’ve tried all the FAQ suggestions. When I try to contact support, I get a message that something went wrong. This has happened multiple times over several days. Please fix!

Love it but it has problems

I enjoy this app. I enjoy some of the contests. What I do not enjoy is constantly trying to move a piece and having to wait for the app to work again. It’s only a minute wait but it sometimes crashes instead of letting me move the pieces. It also loses whatever coins, etc you have earned when it crashes before I can claim them..

I’ve been doing jigsaw puzzles on this app for several years. It’s always been a favorite. I started becoming annoyed when the branded themes (Disney, Monopoly, etc.) invaded so much of the game real estate, but I tolerated it because the puzzles are so good. But then the entire app froze and will not open. It has now been well over a month. When I contacted the support site, I did receive a message that you’re working on a fix, but have no timeline for when this will be resolved. I have $$$ invested in puzzle packs and have many puzzles lined up that I’m eager to solve. Your response that there’s no projection for fixing this was dismissive, unsatisfactory, and showed exactly how you readily you brush off customer concerns. In reality, this app is dead.

Update: Fir now whatever was causing the problems, for me at least, have resolved themselves. I’ve played this app for a few years. I’ve used other jigsaw apps but this one is my favorite. Love the preview mode, like doing a puzzle and hide & seek game in one. Had the occasional problem with the ads popping up way too much but since it was changed to the % done pop ups aren’t so bad, my eyes could probably use the break anyway. That is until just before Christmas. For about two weeks I couldn’t even get the app to open. Contacted support and received an answer promptly. Just after that the app would open and I could play again. Now the app keeps freezing or crashes completely and I have to restart it for it only to do it again after about 5-10 minutes. It’s very frustrating! I don’t know if it’s the app update or the ios15 update but it’s very annoying not to be able to play! Please fix it.

I bought premium and for a while, there were no ads. But now the ads are back. Don’t get the premium, it’s a scam.

After the last update my screen is frozen. Has anyone else had this problem? I forced-close anything open and did a hard shut down …the restart revealed no change. I cannot get past the opening screen.

I was really enjoying this app, then all of a sudden it would not load. I had to delete the app and lost a ton of purchases due to it would not recognize my log in. I reinstalled and repurchase a few puzzles, things were going fine until a few days ago, when once again it will not load. This is so frustrating. I can’t keep uninstalling and reinstalling and loosing my purchases. I don’t want to delete for good, but if the problem continues I may have to. If it weren’t for the issues, I would have rated you with 5 stars.

Please fix the update!

The app hasn’t worked since the last update and I’ve been unable to play since 12/26/2021. This was my favorite app and played it daily! I’ve tried removing it and making sure I had the latest iOS version. Please fix!!!!

Please, is there any timeline for fixing this issue that seems to be affecting so many people!!! It has been over three weeks since I installed the latest version and have not been able to open the app since. It is so frustrating because I used to do 3-4 puzzles per day and have missed doing them. I’m about to go out and find a different puzzle app and give up on this one. The only thing that is stopping me is that I really, really like this app and have sunk so much money into it already. Please fix this app!

Really enjoy the puzzles just wish the name of the puzzle such as which castle the picture is of and so forth would remain displayed while doing puzzle and when the puzzle is complete I would really like it I still feel the same Also be able to access all the puzzles I bought the last couple of years and having been for two weeks of no access to puzzles have me very upset also having left 3 messages without call back is poor business practices
