every time I try to play a new puzzle it kicks me out Of the game

I have played this game for a very long time & it has been my favorite. BUT now things are different. I have been frozen out several times & right now I have been frozen out for 3 days. I am so disappointed with whatever has happened. I love this puzzle but more recently I have been frozen out more & more. I even deleted it & thengot it back so it wouldn’t be frozen & that worked for a couple weeks but here we are again frozen out. HELP

I have now been through 7 ads over 3 minutes with your update before getting a second puzzle to play (for which I already paid). Really!! The last update started this. This is an affront to your ling term users.

Paying to upgrade the app to remove ads, only removes 3rd party ads. You are still constantly bombarded with ads for other apps and games from the game company. It is a good puzzle app, but the pop ups get very annoying.

Used to love the app, but I can’t stand the constant promos now that I have to wait to exit from. They never stop. I am never going to use them. Let me get rid of them. I will spend money on the puzzles, as I have in the past. But I won’t if this onslaught of ads continues.

Where can one learn to make space for new puzzles?

Enjoy your puzzles. There is a great selection, but there are no instructions on how to remove old puzzles to make room for new ones.

I’m still not happy with the pop ups but worse than that is there are only a few puzzles where I can spend my puzzle points. What’s with that?

While I love this app, I do not like that it freezes if you accidentally touch the ad at the bottom of the page and doesn’t reset. I also am not a fan of the endless push to buy puzzle packages.

Great puzzles, but...

I really enjoyed looking forward to completing a new puzzle at least once a day as part of my wind down time. I think there are beautiful scenes the choose from and very affordable entertainment. With that being said, it does not always track that I’ve completed a puzzle for that day in the objectives. I’ve now given up on being able to complete them. Also, I feel like the ads have increased substantially in the last update or so. I’m just that impressed anymore. I hope the next update fixes these things.
