Disappointed in changes

This has been one of my favorite games for quite a while. I love the fact that you can change the difficulty level on any puzzle. I also love there are so many puzzles to choose from. I do not, however, like the new changes. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that you took away the sorting trays and now we have to scroll back and forth through each and every piece of the puzzle to find those that go together. This is very frustrating and cumbersome. Also, all of the ads and videos that we have to watch to enjoy the free daily puzzle is absurd. It is also infuriating when the game just stops for no apparent reason and often times my iPad has to be rebooted before it will come back up. We earn coins to spend on puzzles but there are very few puzzles to choose from. I believe you’re going to lose users if these issues aren’t corrected… Myself being one of those.
Consecutive days disappear

Love the game and the objectives, but both my husband and I have experienced several times where our consecutive days disappear, sometimes after completing lots of days! It prevents us from completing objectives that require a certain number of days and is very frustrating. If you fix this glitch, it will be great!

Very disappointed that you have no real options to buy any of the nicer puzzle with coins. This was a bad move. Really considering deleting the whole game.
Great Game But Poor Use of Coins

I love this app except for one thing: I can’t use the coins I earn to purchase any of the puzzle packs that I actually want. So why the coins then? I’d be okay if I had to earn a certain amount to be eligible to buy specific packs, but right now I’m feeling like I need to find an alternative (hence the 3 star rating).

I loved the old Jigsaw, where the puzzle were all over the place. You can leave the puzzle on the size and choice your puzzles. Now they are on one side and harder to view all the puzzle, not like the old ways! I had to uninstall it not fun anymore!,,

Enjoying a puzzle late in the evening by the fire is so relaxing. The graphics are exquisite. I enjoy the little click as the pieces fall into place. The fact that we can sort the pieces into categories is wonderful. The hints are very functional and I only wish box puzzles came with such perks. Completely Delighted!
Last piece miniaturized

THANK YOU FOR THE OPTION! I now can clearly see and place the last piece of the puzzle without reading glasses! This option has increased my enjoyment 100 times. I had found a different free puzzle game and was doing at least 10 puzzles of theirs to one of yours because of the very mini last piece. Thank you for listening. You have made me very happy. ??? Feel free to run new ideas through me...glad to give my senior citizen perspective.
Almost no cultural diversity!

It has a lot of white people over and over again. The topics of the puzzles get boring and uncomfortable (for this white person). Otherwise, it’s great! I just worry that I’m supporting some Hobby Lobby type organization! I wish I knew.

Till I tried this app I have never liked fooling with puzzles, for numerous reasons. But, now, because of this app, I enjoy completing one or two a day and enjoying the experience. There are three reasons this app encourages me,....the selection of pictures is awesome, the player gets to choose how many pieces for division,...and when you get the right piece reasonably close to its proper position, there’s a slight visual ‘flash’ around its perimeter along with an audible click indicating success. One other feature (with the upgrade) is the opportunity to choose one of my own pictures (i.e.-family) and ‘puzzle-ize’ it. It’s awesome to be able to do that. Great job, ...compliments to the programmer(s) for this application.
