I love this Jigsaw Puzzle but I have been unable to use coins to purchase puzzles packs. I have tried several packs and the coin option does not pop up. Why do you have us earn coins if we can’t use them? (I am using an iPad.)

Why can’t I play this puzzle

I cannot open today’s puzzle, it keeps sending me to ads and will not let me put the puzzle together.

Love it and hate it. They keep changing things up. Which I can deal with but the number of ads has gone thru the roof. 5 ads before I can even start to see the free daily puzzle. And you have to wait a bit before the close ad button even will appear.

Pop up invasion

I X out of a pop up and it just comes immediately back, or another unwanted one pops up! It is frustrating and seems never ending. You should get the hint when I never go to the sites your pop ups want me to. I love jigsaw puzzles and with this game I can’t lose any pieces. The continual pop ups may force me to abandon this game

So many ads- to earn now useless coins!

Jigsaw Puzzle pushes many ways to win coins, including watching ads. But I honestly don't mind watching ads, if there were more puzzles to purchase with the coins. There used to be many puzzles you could buy with coins, and it was fun earning them through playing games and watching ads. Now there are only a few measly puzzles selling for coins in the "Treasure Box". Really disappointing, and now I rarely watch the ads or play the games to earn coins. What's the point. I love this app, but I feel they have compromised the appeal of Jigsaw Puzzle by reducing the number of puzzles that can be purchased using coins, and what's more, they have reduced the likelihood of success for a potential source of income for Critical Hit Software - watching ads for points.

Constant Issues

Have had to uninstall and reinstall and loose everything even with restore. Works about a week and then have to go thru this, real pain. Look elsewhere.

Pieces now huge

New version shows board in middle with absolutely huge pieces - adjusting it is very difficult and resets when get out of game. Really spoiled a fun game.

I play every day! I love how I can choose the number of pieces, love the free puzzle, love everything about this game. I have a problem with just one thing. The new update has a tray that is dark, I can’t see the dark puzzle pieces in the tray. Please go back to the old option of allowing us to have trays or not. I really don’t like to use them, but if I hide this tray then I can’t have the option of “edge” pieces in the menu when starting the puzzle. It would be nice to have the old options back. Thanks

How the puzzle works

Hi, I have had your puzzle for as long as it’s be out there I think and I am very disappointed in the ways the last several updates have changed the way the puzzles are worked. It was so much better when you had to work it like a real puzzle. Now you can’t turn the pieces or put the pieces in specific categories links when there were 4 trays available. You don’t have to work at it because all the pieces are arranged for you in an up position so you hardly have to think about where it goes. I wish I could go back about 4 ? Updates when you could tap the pieces to rotate, that there were 4 trays to separate pieces and it was more challenging.
