Easy to use Friendly team Always enjoyed

JetBlue has had its ups & downs over the past few years, but we keep coming back. The crews and pilots are no longer as funny or engaged, but the equipment is recent, clean, and well-maintained. Timeliness is more of a priority for JB than for other airlines, which travelers like us appreciate. The JB website is easy to use, as is their app. Five stars.

Old versions of the app worked reasonably well, new update does not. I am unable to check in or do anything with my trip. When I logged out, it would not let me log back in. Please fix

Family Pooling ???

I really like the app up until I joined the family pooling option. There is no way in the app to monitor your points the family has , just as the individual. Since I’m donating 100% of my points to the family, my individual points always read “zero”. Please add family pooling monitoring capable on the next version update!! Thank-you!!!
