EXTREMELY SLOW APP

Every segment takes a long time to complete. Not smooth running app. Not user friendly at all. Errors out and you hVe to start all over from the beginning


JetBlue needs help w technology

Not just the app but the website- disallows me from managing itinerary (update trueblue, change seats, add extras etc). Website still shows outdated itinerary.

Unable to complete application for frequent flyer program due to connection error after downloading app and connecting to check in. Wasted time.


One of the not-so-good travel apps

Numerous bugs and things that don't work unless you try 5 times. My Trips that doesn't reflect trips you just purchased, boarding passes which you can't get and instead you get a message "bummer, an error has occurred, try again later", blank screens, confusing menus, check-in process that mainly tries to upsell.

Cuba booking problems

Even your most recent update v 4.2 there is still the problem of not being able to select a reason for travel to Cuba. The screen comes up blank. Therefore you cannot continue on to the next screen to complete a booking for travel to Cuba. Please resolve this or notate that it must be booked on web instead. Thank you.


Minor update suggestion

I haven’t used it much but haven’t run into problems. One small suggestion is to include the flight number in the share info process... right now the generated sentence contains the airports, date, and time but not flight number.

I’ve reset my password 10 times just to sign in. It’s annoying. Especially since I have opted to use touch to sign in. Also the credit card capture doesn’t work. Equally annoying.
