I’m pretty literate and have on NUMEROUS occasions have correct spelled my name exactly on my CAC Card. And EVERY TIME I check it I have to go through the normal line. I have called Jet Blue and spoke with TSA and at the Jet Blue counter and there is never a resolution. This is pretty unprofessional an Jet Blue and TSA. On a side note on agent placed even more speed on one of my boarding flights but all your doing is cutting the line and merging with the normally screened crowd. E-6 Army here and this is the worst part of the whole flying experience. Flight 428 Here I come!
Please add Multi-Destinations option to book !!

they need to add the multi-city option to be able to book several flights. It's a mess right now when we're going to use the mobile app to book multiple destinations...

After having the app for years, I’m sad that booking a flight is still very difficult on the app. I have two travelers saved in my profile and when I go to select the second one from the drop down menu, it is greyed out. There’s no way to used stored travelers. This app should make our lives easier. Help!
Great app, except for...

It works perfect on my iPad when I book a flight for myself, but when I try to add my other passenger(who is in my family list), it says “oops, something went wrong. Try again”; which I do several times with no success. Very frustrating! I finally have to drag out my antique laptop and book on their windows friendly website.
