The thing updates to tell me my flight is delayed. We push back our departure from the hotel. We get to the airport to find the time has updated to half an hour SOONER than the app has informed us. I literally have a screenshot of the two times. How can you tell clients that a flight is delayed and then jump it forward again? The app kept flickering different times, so we asked a JetBlue employee, who proceeded to give us the wrong information anyways. She made us miss our flight and sit there for four hours waiting for another. Crap app, will be using paper tickets from now on. Mediocre employees too.

The best airline flying the skies. I’ve flown JetBlue since their inception & I have nothing but high praise for their staff from beginning to end all staff is professional & helpful. Even if I have to fly another airline, when doing a comparison the other doesn’t compare to JetBlue in any way whatsoever!!! Thank you JetBlue for setting the bar so high!!! ????

Only airline I will fly! I had a death in the family and had to get to Milwaukee ASAP and had to take another airline because JetBlue doesn’t fly into Milwaukee and it was absolutely horrible!!! The attendant spilled water on me and didn’t even apologize and just said “oops”! should have flown into Chicago and drive. JetBlue has spoiled me.

I selected my seat during flight purchase. Now at check in I am told I don’t have an assigned seat and all available ones cost extra

[update: why on earth do I not earn the same bonus points for booking on the app that I get for booking on the website???] I love how well-laid out the app is, and how easy most things are to do. Wish I could save my flight searches for later, and that I could see the receipt for a booked flight (cost, payment method, etc). Otherwise, it's pretty sweet.
