Great for convenience

Great for convenience, even greater when the power is down and you have no computer access

This app used to be mint about 6 months or so ago. Since they did the overhaul, it is buggy. You often can’t see return trip until you complete outbound leg. That means you can’t do check-in or modify your seats, etc. I’ve have several trips booked. Some work, some don’t. From a PC on the web there are no issues. If they EVER fix this annoying app, I’d give it 5 stars.

The app isn’t syncd with the website and keeps forgetting my information I constantly have to put my address and information in again and again Password rules are ridiculous

This is my first time going to New York, and this app has helped me do everything before I even arrived at the airport. For someone the kids a lot of anxiety this app sure did help me feel better about flying. JetBlue is awesome!

Today I called mosaic to inquire about cost if I changed my flight. The agent closed out my current flight and lost my even more space seat on the red eye. I have to go straight to work in am so I am very unsatisfied w the service. Also, my points I paid were not even returned to me. Now there are no even more space seats unless I take a middle seat.

Love the JetBlue app for checking in and managing my flights. Definitely more convenient for checking in than the kiosks at the airport.
