Does not update flight information

Checking in using the app is easy enough, but it does not send you updates timely or accurately. JetBlue moved the departing airport from San Francisco to Oakland. However, when checking flight status app NEVER mentioned the airport had been moved. I found out about the switch when I checked email in the afternoon, I saw the email sent at 7:30am, but I had been checking the flight status on the app to see if there was delays. I also noticed using google to find the flight status has more up to date information than JetBlue’s app. JetBlue said the flight was completely full, but I noticed empty seats. I wonder how many people were stranded a the San Francisco airport because they did not know Jetblue moved the departing airport across the Bay. Since it was a 6pm flight, there would be no way to get to the other airport in time.

Takes a long time to update info

My departure airport changed about 3 hours ago and the app still hasn’t updated it. I get info on changes faster through email etc. They need to fix that!

I have the Jet Blue CC and there is no place to check so I can check a bag at no cost... I have to go to the counter every time . Please advise.
App crashes right when you need it; won’t open again

At the critical moment, the app crashed and then refused to reopen. Delayed the line. Also, if you decide not to choose a seat and the plane is full, they will put you in the extra leg room area. Don’t bother paying for it otherwise
Can’t even sign up

Tried to sign up four times over the span of two days and continue to get message to check my connection. So often I see this sort of thing. Blame the customer is the easy way out. Only two JetBlue flights during my visit to United States, they will be my last. Then back onto Emirates - a real airline. United States based air carriers are always far from the top among ratings for international carriers.
