Like the worst don’t even think about this

I used this app to order a cab ride to my hotel and it’s literally the worst. Unlike Uber you can’t change any info once it’s ordered and you can’t even cancel it. No one can speak goddamn English so I just had to pay without even finding where the taxi is. Don’t get this app never

I used this app to check for a friend if a Taxi could pick her up from her home early in the morning but I never booked a taxi and my account currently has a pending charge... be careful...

Addresses appear in Japanese writing (which is understandable). But hard to use if you dint speak Japanese. Also, I have two coupons in my account that cannot and are not being applied to my rides... so, they’re useless.
I wish we knew about this app sooner!!!

We have been in Tokyo for 5 nights and we just found this app!! We’re from Los Angeles where we use Uber for any and all needed rides, we were lamenting the fact that there is no Uber-like apps UNTIL we found japan taxi. It has been so easy to use, we input our airbnb address and our taxi came, it’s cool that you can pay through the app Thank you for creating this app! I wish we knew about this from the beginning of our trip.

The taxi driver asked for money after we were already using net pay and he said he didn’t accept net pay and made us pay cash.

I was in the middle of nowhere and needed to get to the train station. Low and behold the App Store heard my call. The saying is true there is an app for that.

This app used to work. With the new update I cannot call a taxi, it either spins forever, or spits out a confirmation number, which then disappears. No record of the order anywhere. No taxi. Late for flight. Thanks. Please fix, in its current state his version is absolutely useless.

I love this app I don't have to call for a taxi anymore and my credit card is already loaded so I just give a special number to the driver and they drop my off to my location and that's that. No issues it's awesome!! I love this app it's a definite must have!!!
