I used this app based on good reviews. Big mistake. The car did not show up, but they say it did. Was late to the airport as a result. Best to have Japanese speaker assist in getting cab.
Forces you to enter name in Japanese!

I tried registering and this app would not let me proceed without entering my name I Japanese. I have no idea how to do that. Maybe don't even make it available in the USA app store if you are going to do that.

Quite right it is impossible to put one’s name in in either in Japanese English or any other script so you can never register. Bizarre

needed this app, unless you know some japanese its very difficult to communicate destinations... or addresses this works.

One of the clunkiest apps I’ve used on iOS. Makes simple actions like setting your pickup location extremely tedious. Could be much better considering how many examples there are of these apps designed well.

Excellent app to pay for the cab ride, and save time at destination. The app was unable to locate a cab for me, regardless that there were lots of free cabs around. Also, once ordered, unable to cancel !!!

I am having trouble with the verification code. It is not sending the code to my cell phone and I have a Japanese number.

I tried to use this 4 times in Kyoto. It would show cabs on the screen. As soon as I would request one all cabs weren’t available. Not useful. I couldn’t even use my coupon.

Downloaded app from the US app store. Registration asks for mobile number to get verification code. Entered US mobile number as instructed and requested code several times. Code never arrived, so unable to use the app.
