Registering my card and having it autopay at end of the ride is awesome. Closest thing to uber. Only thing I'd suggest for future developers to try and implement is one the driver is picked up, if possible, the app will register you are on your route and follow you on the apps map as you continue to your destination.

the initial setup takes way too many steps and is slightly buggy. for instance, when trying to add apple pay to the in-app wallet, you aren't able to add preexisting cards in your wallet but have to add a new card. doesn't seem to register that there are other cards available. also, during the trip, you're not able to see a live map of your location and the destination with ETA and all that.

The app is really good, the only caveat is that you can only input addresses and locations in Japanese. Fix that and it's a full five star app

App is easy to use and convenient. Had to book a cab for the airport at the very last minute due to bulky luggages. Quite affordable seeing that cabs in Japan can be expensive. Will definitely use it again.

DO NOT GET THE APP!! I’m going to japan on vacation so I thought I would get the app but it’s impossible to set up because it won’t recognize my name in Latin characters. On top of that, it wouldn’t connect to my Apple Pay...or so I thought, but then this morning I saw that it charged me! I’m not even in japan yet and I never was even able to open the app. Now I have to cancel the card to make sure that it doesn’t just randomly withdraw money from me again ?

Tried to use it for the first time and it would not let me complete the process. I ended up asking my friend to call a taxi :-/

Even though it’s not completely in English, for example the email receipt, it was very simple to use.

Just go on google translate your Latin name to katakana. Drivers are learning English and provide best service in the world
