It’s seems Jabra doesn’t care much about this division of their company although it’s the higher end of their products. The firmware and app updates are so rare that it is usually a year before we get anything but the 65t seems like it’s updated at least 2 times a month. There’s a lot that can be done to update this app. Such as a better interface and integration of the heart app with the Apple app. Halloween is once a year Jabra so stop ghosting the user of this app.

Works great!

Utilizing with my Jabra Elite Sport earbuds. Love that this is free App. No fees. No subscriptions. I’ve used it for 3 workouts... one outdoor run, one treadmill, and one cardio routine. I like the program, features, voiceovers through the earbuds. No issues so far. I think it’s great!

New update killed my left earbud

Headphones were working great until the newest update, now my left bud is unresponsive

Worst ear buds ever! The tracker works great. The sound in the right ear bud goes lower and lower. I’m sending what will be my sixth pair in due to the right ear issue. That’s right, six pairs. The right ear goes out within a few months. The latest pair lasted less than a month. There are many people out there with the same issue.

No Apple Integration?

Craig's iTunes Account

In this day and age not being able to have this sync with Apple Health is crazy. Earbuds are ok and app is good but not syncing to Apple Health is a deal breaker. Stuck with this pair / several years old now but will switch to Apple Air Pod Pro shortly. I actually like Jabra’s hardware better but the lack of App integration is a deal breaker.

App/headphones don’t connect to new phone

Finally upgraded from an iPhone 6 to an 11, and these pricey headphones don’t connect. Idk if it’s not used to something that’s not my old phone or what but I did what I used to hundreds of times before and nothing. Followed the app instructions precisely, nothing. The app itself is lame, for the Elite Sports the buttons aren’t easily distinguishable until you use it for a while (they’re both circles, why?) and unless the ear bud is drilled into your ear canal they move around if you fidget with the buttons. On their own they used to be good if not great headphones to work out with, now they’re completely unusable. Thanks for making me blow money on a new set of workout ear buds Jabra

Doesn’t work with Jabra elite75T

Not sure why they don’t work with the elite75T.... soo upsetting

App is impressive but needs work

James vanderbeezy

First time user but i had some weird app issues. For one thing it assumed my running goal was 99999 miles, and kept updating me on the distance i needed to traveled every .25 miles or so (this was at first confusing, then annoying and finally hilarious) in the end it believes i ran 59879.01 miles, which is definitely a PR. Im no rocket scientist... but it seems like a gps issue.

Great ear buds ... until they crash

Grange95

Love the fit and sound quality of the ear buds ... until they crash. Seems to be related to app upgrades. They seem to cause one bud to fade out entirely. Helps if you disable HR monitor, but not a complete solution. Wish they could make an app worthy of the hardware.

Not that gr8

Honestly if you can invest in a set of AirPods I bought these because I lost my pods and thought these would be better. Boy, was I wrong I found my AirPods and have not gone back i would not recommend but if you do decide to waste your money make sure to purchase the insurance plan the store gives and not through Jabra because you will not hear back from them.
