I love the app, but I wish there was a way to share my Jabra information with my Apple Health profile. I like having all my medical stats in one place.

Go to History, select any listed Workout, click the share icon (looks like a page with an up arrow), select the Facebook icon, optionally enter any descriptive text above the Jabra GN pic, click Next, select Newsfeed, Your Story or both then click Share. All that posts is the Jabra GN graphic—no text. A map will share but still none of the Workout’s text. Sharing to email or messages works fine.

I can’t connect with my new iPhone X, don’t why. I’m trying everything and simply no connect

The headphones are great. Love the sound quality. The app however is a different story. The feature set of the app actually isn’t bad, the deal breaker is the total lack of integration with Apple HealthKit.

The information that is provided is useful, helpful and easily to track. But the most important information for me is tracking my daily mileage while jogging. It would be nice for the information to be accurate. For instance I’ll jog the same route one day the same 1mile marker would be 1.50, 1.30 and etc the next day. Quite honestly if this is incorrect how correct is the other information

I am pleased with the hardware. However, the app installed version 5.4 on my headphones and I have lost the ability to use 3rd party apps (Record). Please correct this issue.

Great headset but the app over the past several years has had SOOOOO many problems like; randomly resetting max heart rate (very dangerous for older users), heart rate zones seem to be all over the place (which maybe related to HR resetting), does not have a in app way to backup and restore data (relies on iTunes backup) which Over the past several years have never successfully had the data import upon new setup.

Elite 65t have one less button, less battery life, and less fitment options, but this terrible app does its best to ruin the offering.

So I have been a very happy Jabra user. However I really have major issues with this app. In fact, I feel I’m being given amazing tech through the earbuds but limited on my interaction with it. For one, there is no support for connection to Apple Health Kit, which bites because I encourage others to get these before AirPods, due to the versatility of application. If Jabra has no connection of data for Apple users, then the Sport app should cover some of the gap. Which leads me to my second issue, the app lacks customization for a real athlete training. For instance, if I only needed to track runs or cycling, fine. However the minute I need to program my heart rate zones which are custom to my needs I have no ability. Also, the app has major limitations to custom training programming. For instance, I want to create custom strength training circuits to a training program. That would be a feature this app advertise and showcase. In fact, there are a few preprogrammed circuit type training scenarios. However to use it for customization, I’m limited to selecting exercises the app has preprogrammed I to it. If I want to do chest press and have a set counted, it’s not available due to the limited library of possible strength exercises. Overall, this app was an excellent option for the first year of the technology. However the technology is more advanced and targets athletes. This app just doesn’t hold weight any longer. As a result I have to use secondary tech with other sports apps to get the information I want. Or consider going to Apple Watch or Garmin technology. My hope was the elite buds could prevent me from having extra devices. This just isn’t the case as long as the app keeps customization locked down for athletes.

The headphones are great, the app has a great foundation but really hasn't been improved in all the time I've been using it. Things it's missing or should be added: 1. I shouldn't have to end a workout to switch the exercise I'm doing. This causes it to count against my health metrics in the app if it was only a short workout. 2. More common equipment should be added with appropriate calorie burn such as elliptical, recumbent bike without me having to add it manually. This doesn't account for distance, calories or rpm even remotely correct if it uses a "walking" profile. 3. I shouldn't have to end my workout to get into settings. Like if I want to turn on/off hear-through quickly or change the equalizer. 4. Apple watch integration would be nice.
