I like the app very much but it would be perfect if I could use my Apple Watch, just because when I work out I don’t have my phone with me.

I recently purchased my buds and the sound is great, but after downloading the app I noticed it would never connect to my buds, even though they were connected to my phone. So it’s basically useless to me to have the app!

I bought these ultra-expensive Jabra Elite Sport earbuds and immediately was not impressed with the sound quality. It sounds thin and not punchy, with a pathetic bass or Low frequency experience. When I opened the App hoping to solve the problem, the basic equaliser did nothing significant and the advance equaliser just made the sound muffled and distorted when I upped the low frequencies. Definitely not what I expected from in ear headphones. What is worse is barely 2 months after using these rather uncomfortable buds, the left ear bud has stopped working. I wrote to Jabra customer care one week ago and have heard nothing back. If you can, stick to the AirPods. They are the only pair of Bluetooth headphones that have not failed me in terms of reliability, comfort and sound quality, and I have tried many - only issue is their inability to deal with water.

Issues finding an iOS app that will help to boost the audio somewhat or even apps that will allow for other audio support or integration ~ like a wider ranged equalizer function or even transforming the audio of my Elite sport audio to 3dio or 8d 3d...

Plain and simple, the app doesn’t recognize the Jabra Elite 65t although I’m connected, the app is useless until then. You all should look into it.

The earbuds are great... but the app keeps on crashing when I turn it on..

If you don’t own the Sport Edition of the Elite Ear Buds, this App will NOT work!! I left a negative review at first, but realized after calling Tech Support I owned the Elite version, not the Sport Edition with the Heart Rate Monitor.

After three months using these the left ear bud went out completely- I tried all sort of things given to me from customer support after my trials I wrote back for further steps and have not heard anything from them. Clearly a faulty product that cost me over 200 dollars - It’s been two weeks and three days - the worst customer experience thus far for this year! Do not buy these!
