Was great until iOS 11 and iPhone 8+

This was a good app, but a recent upgrade (either to iOS 11 or to my new phone) rendered it totally useless. The app no longer recognizes that the headphones are paired even when the phone does and music is steaming to them. As a result, no heart rate and no eq. Please release a fix ASAP!

App won’t connect with Elite Sport earbuds even though iPhone connects with them and music can be heard. Please fix! UPDATE: 24 hrs later app has connected with headphones. Would still be helpful to know why they didn’t connect out of the box.

The Jabra Elite Sport headphones connect to my iPhone X however the app keeps saying not connected. I’m unable to use the equalizer to turn down the treble which is driving me crazy. Either I’m doing something wrong or this app is buggy. I’m thinking of returning the headphones if this is not fixed soon
Doesn’t connect with headphones

Frustrating app. Headphones work perfectly and connect immediately to my phone - but the app doesn’t recognize that they are on and connected. Can’t link any work outs or use the app with the headphones. Absolutely terrible.

This app requires an update. It worked fine until I upgraded to IPhone X. The Bluetooth states that I am connected even to the smart. However the app states that I am not . I get no workout stats. I get no heart rate. What they are are just listening to music earbuds. That is not what I purchased these for. I have airpods and IQbuds for that. They are useless for what I purchased them for. An update for IPhone X is in desperate need.

Let me first say I really like the headphones. The sound quality and fit of my Jabra elite sport is amazing. The bad...the program won't connect to the headphones for workouts and heart rate monitoring. I can still listen to my headphones but part of the reason I wanted them was for the app and heart rate so I don't have to look at my phone/watch. There are almost no updates to the app. The problem started after updating my iPhone 7+. I have since switched headphones multiple times and even upgraded to the iPhone X. The new set I exchanged have never connected properly. I contacted support and they gave me a bs process to try and of course it didn't work.

I have tried everything! My headphones connect to my iphone Bluetooth and play music no issue. However this app will not connect to my headphones not sure it is because I updated my iOS to 11.0.03. So disappointing because I bought these headphones specifically for the functionality of the app. Yeah if they don’t pair within the return window of my headphones then I will be taking them back. So sad just wish they would work with the app.

Great app for iPhone. However, you guys are falling behind to other apps that are iWatch comparable. Don’t fall asleep behind the wheels. If iWatch comparable I would have giving it 4 stars!
