Overall the app is fantastic. It is a little light on "canned" programs. It has the ability to be customized to anything... but there is a bit of a learning curve. I would give 5 stars if it was a little more intuitive and user friendly. That said, I'm new to app and sure my comfort will only grow.

I love this!

I was looking to switch from Nike+ for tracking my runs, but hesitant to because I didn't want to lose all of my logged miles. This app has all of the great features I was looking for (except VO2 Max)! Plus it automatically exports my runs to Nike, Strava and even my Fitbit that I was sad about leaving for AW! Well worth the $.

Initial Review: 1st Workout

Vicente Huidobro

The least intuitive running app I've used, and the only one whose website I've had to consult just to get started. Even then, help videos look and function differently than the app version I purchased. I might love this app eventually, but initial attempts to set up and begin an interval workout were unnecessarily frustrating. I also find it frightening that after one workout I have 4,945 notifications! Um, what? Sticking to Strava until I have an hour or so to dally around with this weird little app. Get it together, people. Cheers.

Great idea falls short

Updated: I've gone through the settings and fixed the problem I had. This has been really useful in interval training off the track. My only complaint now is that it tends to call miles shorter (calls the miles before strava). I've measured this on the track and it definitely undercalculates all distances including 400m, not by a lot but it does add up and matters in interval training. Old: Needed an app for interval training. This one lets you program distance and pace. But you can't turn off the screen while running or it will stop running. I can't run with the screen open for miles at a time. All sorts of buttons get pressed. Also it would tell me I am 40 seconds behind pace but then tell me 'slower'. Is it telling me to slow down or that I am going slower than my desired pace?? Needs improvement.

Almost everything I wanted in a running app

This app is fantastic and also easy to use. I used it for the first time on race day to help me keep my pace -- I was worried I'd have issues with it and lose my run altogether but it worked flawlessly and I got a PR! It exports really well too, I have friends on Runkeeper and Strava and this bumps everything from my distance and time to pace and map straight to those services without issue. Looking forward to using the cadence options in future runs.
