And camera keeps going off and online. Unplug it and start over - works fine for a few weeks then starts up again. Also need a way to delete old notifications

Luckily I didn’t pay for the system. It’s a hand me down from my folks. The plugs were okay most of the time, there are a lot of issues with connecting the one in the bedroom(very small house, shouldn’t be a problem). And the camera is the glitchiest piece of crap I ever done seen. I shouldn’t have to be on my home WiFi for it to connect. What good is that? But a majority of the time, that is what has to happen. If I could give zero stars I would.

Can’t view any of my cameras after latest iOS update. They work fine on my android phones.
Cameras constantly need to be unplugged and reset

This has become useless for our vacation property as the cameras need to be reset every few weeks by a neighbor because it won’t connect anymore.

More often than not I can not access my cameras. I end up with a black screen and nothing more.

i have 3 spot cameras which have been nothing but a source of frustration for 3 years with regular loss of remote access because of iSA’s server problems. for the past 2 weeks i have had no access and it appears there is no solution even with IT support. iSA’s cameras are a total fail, which is too bad because the hardware is fine.
This app needs help.

Was working fine. Then, suddenly, I can’t connect remotely. Works only if I’m on the same WiFi network.

I bought it over a year ago is was working ok but then the cameras stop working, called tec support saying it was the new iPhone and asked if it was possible to try another’s phone or computer, I did it and the same results, is the app but company won’t admitted , it was such a great promise of product but now is just garbage...
Don’t rely on it in an emergency

Very buggy, you often have to restart the app several times to be able to access your cameras. Wouldn’t want to rely on it in an emergency. Also they’ll email you daily with all kinds of discount offers but there hasn’t been an update to the apps in forever. Overall pretty crappy.
