The iSmartAlarm app allows you to arm, monitor, and disarm your iSmartAlarm Home Security System at any time, from anywhere, in real-time. You can see who is home, when family members leave or return, and the status of every sensor and device.
The iSmartAlarm app manages all of your iSmartAlarm products, including Contact Sensors, Motion Sensors, iCamera (1st Gen), iCamera KEEP, Smart Switch, and more. Multiple homes and systems can be managed easily in the same app.
iSmartAlarm will alert all designated members with SMS text messages*, push notifications, automated phone calls*, and email when the iSmartAlarm Home Security System detects a break-in or unauthorized activity. Users can then choose how to address the situation appropriately - A call can be placed to the police in case of a break-in, or the alarm can be ignored and the system set to Arm again if it is a false alarm. I’ve tried to get this company to listen. The app has been broken for months. There are no visible scroll wheels when setting the plugin device timers, so there is no way to know what you are setting. It’s ridiculous. Sadly going to have to purchase a new system. Sure wish they could have pulled it together, but at this rate, I suspect they’ll be gone soon.

We have the motion tracking camera in our garage. The app keeps locking on the log on screen & only functions after rebooting the phone! Customer service is to be kind terrible. Defeats the purpose of a camera if you can’t see what’s going on.

Camera constantly offline/online. Keypad won’t hold status button highlighted. Numbers will highlight, but not status. Where are updates? Can’t possibly go that long without updating system.

Login screen has white on white text. So does the setting within the app particularly the area to see a schedule for a smart plug. App usually works fine but this should be easily corrected

After so many one star negative reviews it would make sense if ismart alarm staff would respond here and show the world they care. Instead, this company survive by selling the product to one time customers. After a new client purchase the camera and realize the app never works, they are likely not to bother with the return process. ismart keep selling devices but the app to make the camera useful is not working. Getting in touch with this company customer service by phone or email is also impossible.

Very poor documentation, if you get stuck, you’re done. Step one was to create a hub. It lets you give it a photo. If you take it from your photo library. It gets stuck. You have to kill the app and start all over. Connect the CubeOne to the router and... the app cannot find it. No WPS. Game over. Keep your receipt folks.
Seriously?? Delete app ... reinstall app ... repeat.

One star. This app seriously underperforms CONSISTENTLY! Funny thing is the camera is of good quality, very clear images, sound is good and audible. You can even rotate, zoom and control the camera simply through the app. You can capture images etc. But I am extremely frustrated that I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it several times A DAY because it crashes and freezes. Mind you, I have The Ring and Kuna cameras around my property as well and they don’t offer the flexibility of being able to maneuver the camera remotely but their app is consistently working. So cameras I like, and this camera would earn a great review from me IF the app actually friggin worked!!

I’ve spent hundreds on iSmartAlarm devices over the years. This app is mediocre, but the system saves us tons of cash so I can get over it.

I’ve had iSmartAlarm for a couple years and the app used to work just fine. Not so much anymore. Or since June 9, not at all. I’ve invested a lot in your equipment but now I can’t control it. Please fix your app!
