Constant issues

We have had the system for a few years and constantly have issues with cameras not working. Would not recommend! Hardly ever works.. spend way to much time trying to fix issues and if/when I am successful system starts not working within a few days. Very frustrating
Very unreliable

Main hub goes offline frequently. Camera even more so. Problem is sometimes due to ISP issues, but system should be able to recover when network does, yet does not. Recovery usually involves manual action (hard reset, power down, etc. ). If was at a remote location, would be utterly useless. Every single time I’ve actually needed camera view, the camera was offline, so not much security value.

What is the point of the cameras working when you can’t see them?!? This app is the worst.

Cameras always offline at mult homes so it it I Smart alarm not local service issue. What good is a security system that is completely unreliable! What happened to your product? Went from good to horrid!

Yooooooo. This app barely works on my iPhone 11, and I’m talking barely. Damned thing won’t even open my roommate’s Pixel. Absolute garbage.
Camera view broken

My cameras don’t show up — I just see the label “text” and some disorganized graphics that didn’t render properly. I’ve tried killing and restarting the app. No luck.

We have been through two cameras , but turns out it’s the app that always crashes and has faults . AWFUL
