Don’t waste your money.

bbjnkko

App barely works which is a problem since it’s the only way to turn on/off your alarm. It’s not like they’re adding new features or improving either so I cannot imagine what they’re doing to keep making it work less. I can’t get my alarm to turn on anymore (no app update or changes that would have caused this) and will have to go buy something new. Don’t waste your money with this company - complete crap. I can’t believe I wasted my money on this

Cmon this is horrible

just post the review 1234

I’ve posted reviews and they don’t show up here. This is a negative -5 stars product. Doesn’t work. Just pitiful

Not working as intended

Bendubya

I get push notifications when motion is detected on my camera but when I check the app the camera screen is crashed and it has been broken for over 2 weeks and not an update in sight by this developer. It’s a shame because it used to work so well.

Company disappeared and doesn’t care

Shuffleboard master

Everything used to work great for years. Then I started having problems with the camera. Then the cube had problems and I reached out to support. Everything was fine so they said it was the cube. I bought a new cube and also the company sent me a refurbished cube. Neither of them work. The support had no explanation for this and closed the incident. It looks like there is no pride in this company and from some reviews on the web, it looks like they tried to get as much money as they could before leaving everyone stranded.

Doesn’t function properly

High Profile Reviwer

Recently the app shows it’s armed when it isn’t. Also it recently quit working with IFTTT services. Overall the concept is great if they can get it to function properly. A huge negative is that it lacks the ability to schedule Automatic Arming and Disarming like other apps.

Does not work

I have only had the system for a couple of months and the App is terrible. It only works 10% of the time. I’m constantly having to delete the app and reload to get it to work on once. I’m using an iPhone 6. If I could I’d return the system. A big waste of money.

Last update

Senior_Chief

Just finished a review and took a look at when the last update was done. It appears that my issues with the app started right about the same time. My app forgets what I am monitoring and the only way to get it back is th go in and out of the various functions or reset the cube.

Definitely do NOT recommend

SkwerlyOne

I think this is a good concept that’s been very poorly executed. I’ve had this “security” system for a couple years. It seemed pretty good at first. But ultimately I’ve discovered that IT’S NOT DEPENDABLE. And support is email only. No phone or chat. As for the system itself: Sensors constantly going offline. Sensors misreading (says open when closed & vice versa). Sensors falling off doors & windows. Cameras going offline. The entire system going offline. What’s been the last straw for me & is pushing me to cut my losses & buy another product entirely (Nest?) is that my App hasn’t worked in almost two months. Support finally told me it’s due to the last Apple update & they’re “working on a fix.” For months?!? And Apple has another iOS update in about a month. Then what? If you’re thinking of buying this, better think again. Sometimes the cheaper option ends up costing you more in the end.

Sad decline and a waste of time

bicknell

It started off great. Updates and bug fixes were regular. Most problems were minor and the company was responsive. One day my alarm stared triple beeping (instead of single beeping) when arming and disarming. No big deal, just a little more noise, but everything still worked fine. It took 2 months or so for them to fix that little annoyance, again not a problem. For the last month or so, ostensibly following some buggy sprint, the app starts acting weird. Can’t see the cameras, can’t see the devices. Multiple restarts worked for a while, then even this workaround stopped working. Now it’s intermittent, but mostly broken. Tech support says to delete and reinstall the app. That works for a while then we’re right back to broken. What was once a great little startup has slipped from a slick solution to an unworkable product. Save your time, money, and energy - pick Ring or Nest and get a product that is supported, that gets fixed, that actually works when you need it to work.

Notifications

I think it is better to have the notifications on hand, perhaps closer to the buttons or the cameras.
